David has been involved in training and development for over 14 years. David was a founding member of the Motorola University in China where he developed and oversaw Management Skills training & consulting for Motorola Customers.

David was also among the first in China to be a Certified Project Management Professional. His extensive Leadership and Project Management experience has helped cross functional teams improve communication and align their strengths to be more result oriented.

David's training is very practical and interactive, his rich experience and real-case analysis has made him well respected among trainees.
