Born in Beijing, educated in Hong Kong and Germany, Lilian is Time Technology's certified trilingual workshop facilitator and corporate coach for TimeSmart programs.

Lilian brings over 10 years of diverse experience, including business process consulting, international alliance and marketing, staff development and administration to her coaching and facilitation services. Her inclusive and enthusiastic style ensures an environment conducive to learning and development. She strongly believe in actualizing people's strengths and potential to grow the business, her focus is on achieving the "a-ha moment" and facilitating sense of ownership in people development.

Clients and participants value Lilian for her knowledge and professionalism, clear and precise approach and her ability in creating an open, trusting and motivating learning environment. Having worked with Time Technology since 2004, Lilian has trained and coached over 500 senior executives, line managers, SME business owners, and frontline officers across the region on time management, productivity through technology, personal and team effectiveness. A passionate learner in perpetual pursuit of personal and professional growth, Lilian is a certified practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, Spiral Dynamics® Integral (Level 1 & 2), and a graduate of AGSM MBA program. She is also a member of International Association of Facilitator and International Association of Coaches.
