Lilian delivers the full range of Time Technology services, including workshop facilitation, personal coaching, coach the coach certification and custom presentations.

Over the past year, she has coached hundreds of senior executives, middle managers, business owners, and frontline officers in organizations including Merrill Lynch, Johnson Stokes & Masters, Deutsche Bank, Cigna Worldwide Insurance, Colliers International, Fresenius Kabi, FedEx and Hongkong Land.

In addition to coaching and facilitating Time Technology programs, Lilian is also very enthusiastic in marketing the Time Technology brand in both local and regional markets. She strongly believes that everything has a Tipping Point and her responsibility is to start a positive epidemic around the Time Technology planning methodology.

Before joining Time Technology, Lilian served at her alma mater, The Chinese University of Hong Kong in the area of internationalization.  She also brings years of work experience in various industries including the media and tourist industries as well as management consultancy in government sector.

Lilian is committed to life long learning. She graduated from the Chinese University with BSc in Journalism and Communication. Thereafter, she has pursued studies in language and literature in Germany, postgraduate certificate in Translation and a two year MBA program with the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Lilian speaks fluent English, Cantonese, Mandarin and some German.
