Matt has over 15 years of experience as a facilitator, project manager, trainer, consultant, and educator, mostly in the technology field. Originally from the United States, he has worked with many Fortune 500 companies in addition to many other multi-national corporations in all areas of the business world. Matt has also implemented technology solutions for local and national governments.

Prior to joining Time Technology, Matt took a holiday from the business world to teach at a disadvantaged urban school in New York City. He taught English and History to special education students. As a teacher of disabled children with special needs, Matt insists that he learned more from his students than they learned from him.

Believing that knowledge is power, Matt has served on several professional development committees throughout his career. Also believing that knowledge should be shared, he takes great pride in teaching the TimeSmart methodology to our clients.

Matt holds a Business degree from The Ohio State University as well as a Master's degree in Education from The City University of New York. Both serve him very well as a TimeSmart facilitator and coach.

Always community service minded, Matt keeps busy outside of the workplace by partnering with organizations which help underprivileged children as well as volunteering with animal rescue and shelter operations.
