He is strong in corporate strategy and project management with great passion for
Sales & Marketing and Team building. Roger has wide exposure in different
businesses with in-depth domain knowledge in banking, financial services and
insurance, supply chain, retail, business intelligence, business process outsourcing
and statistical reporting.
Roger obtained a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering with first class honor
from Anna University of India. He started up his career with Tata Consultancy
Services, India and was then positioned as senior management of various IT
companies in India and Hong Kong. In his previous role, Roger has sound track
record in creating market share for IT solutions including ERP, HR, Point of Sales,
Supply Chain Management, Accounting System, CRM and Project Management
System for different vertical market domains. He is also well versed in offshore
outsourcing as well as business process outsourcing and was involved in building
and leading a team across Hong Kong, India, China and USA to accomplish
outsourcing projects.
Roger is passionate about process improvement and helps Time Technology clients
to get sharper focus in getting things done right.
