Business Development Director


Victoria has over 8 years experience in the Human Resources and Learning and Development field. She is involved in Sales and Marketing Strategy and Client Relationship for Time Technology and the TimeSmart Programs.

Victoria is from the UK which is where she obtained a Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management. She started her career working for a large Electricity utility in the UK and then moved to a chemical manufacturing company, both appointments within the Human Resources department. During this time she was involved in a number of HRM processes mainly in Recruitment, Company policies and Induction. A large part of her role also involved Graduate Development programmes being involved in careers fairs, assessment centres and 360 degree reviews. She also delivered company soft skills programs for middle managers.

Victoria moved to Singapore in 2004 where she worked for a handcrafted car manufacturer in a Learning and Development role. Here she spent time conducting needs assessments with key stakeholders ensuring highest quality of training for the clients. She also delivered internal system training. Her more recent role was within the banking industry supporting the learning needs of the IT Organization. Here she worked closely with IT senior management to ensure the learning solutions were aligned with the strategy and individual and team targets.

Victoria has built strong business relationship skills through her commitment to people. She encourages learning and working smarter and believes this is the key to continuous growth both for the individual and organization. Victoria loves meeting and mixing with people through business and socially whilst maintaining a fun and easy going attitude.
